We are in this together. |
All of us here at Mad Maids are dedicated in taking action towards preventing the spread of COVID19. We realize the importance a clean home has in the fight to prevent the spread of this virus. To ensure the best protection for our customers and staff we are adding enhanced safety features, wearing proper protective gear, and adding routine sanitization of touchpoints to every cleaning. We also have a new thorough disinfectant package add-on available to all clients for added peace of mind. This includes: Disinfection of all hotspot areas, such as doorknobs, light switches, handrails, appliance handles, faucet handles, remotes, keyboard, mouse, cupboard handles and drawer pulls. As well as spending extra attention disinfecting other highly touched surfaces such as countertops, tables, hard backed chairs, toilets and sinks. Furthermore we have implemented a policy of wearing gloves and masks while cleaning, utilizing proper hand washing techniques and using hand sanitizer before, during and after every clean. The CDC website cleaning recommendations states: “Current evidence suggests that novel coronavirus may remain viable for hours to days on surfaces made from a variety of materials. Cleaning of visibly dirty surfaces followed by disinfection is a best practice measure for prevention of COVID-19 and other viral respiratory illnesses in households and community settings”. We understand the magnitude of COVID19 and the effect it will have on our loved ones who may be elderly and/or have a compromised immune system should they be exposed to the virus. We realize there is a serious risk for the elderly and people with chronic health conditions. Our concern is for people that fall in this category that may not have friends or family around to get food and supplies for them. We’d like to help in any way we can. If you have family members that are self isolating with no one to help provide them food or supplies, please tell them to contact us and we will be glad to help deliver them any essentials they may need. This is a time for our community to come together, take precautions and do everything we can to put an end to the spread of COVID-19. We look forward to serving you and bringing you peace of mind during this difficult time. |
